Will Cambridge City Council restrict my AC outdoor unit?
Domestic AC is generally permitted development providing the outdoor unit isn’t on a wall facing a highway and is set back from boundaries. Listed buildings and properties within the Mill Road and St Matthew’s Conservation Area need additional consideration. We check during the survey.
How often does AC maintenance need to happen?
