Manufacturer supply is tight across the industry right now. We hold Alpha in stock, so those installs go in soonest — the other ranges are currently on an 8–14 week wait from the manufacturer.
Running costs are based on the manufacturer’s official energy-label figures and the Ofgem capped electricity rate of 26.32p per kWh, correct as at September 2026. Around 2.6p an hour holding a room at temperature, 6.4p an hour working. In a hard frost a heat pump works harder and the saving against gas narrows to roughly nothing, and air conditioning heats the room it is in — it does not heat your water or replace your boiler.
