Every project starts on-site, not on a computer. We measure the room properly, note the soil-stack position, check water pressure, inspect the visible pipework and confirm the electrical layout before any design work begins. That order matters, a lovely-looking layout that assumes waste routing the property doesn’t actually support becomes an expensive mid-project rework.
