Will conservation area status affect my boiler installation?
It depends on the property and where the flue needs to terminate. Conservation areas don’t usually need permission for boiler installations themselves, but flue placement on prominent elevations can be a planning consideration. Listed buildings (different from conservation areas) need listed building consent for any external alterations. We tell you honestly during the survey.
How quickly can you actually survey my St Albans home?
