We take your details, assess the situation and send a qualified electrician. On arrival they’ll carry out a full diagnostic, identify the fault, explain what’s caused it and give you a fixed price before any repair work begins. We don’t guess and we don’t start work until you’ve agreed the price.
No Call-Out Fee
We don’t charge a call-out fee. Diagnostic time is charged at £99/hour + VAT and once we know what’s needed, everything is quoted at a fixed price before we start. No surprises, no hidden extras.
12 Month Labour Guarantee
Every job we carry out comes with a 12 month labour guarantee. If anything we’ve done develops a fault, we’ll come back and put it right. No quibble, no hassle.
